Special areas of interest include women's health, preventive medicine, dermatology services and mental well-being. I also enjoy treating minor illnesses and injuries. I grew up in rural southwest Minnesota in a town with only 406 residents. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and living an active lifestyle. I enjoy running, DIY projects, reading, gardening and going to the lake with my husband, two young sons and two dogs. I love being a mom and watching my children grow.

I am a family practice nurse practitioner currently practicing in the Shakopee area. I love working with patients of all ages and have been privileged to provide care to multigenerational families. I enjoy the variety of family practice, but I'm particularly passionate about mental health, women's health and chronic disease management.
