Lisa Cirigliano has been a licensed midwife since 2019, after graduating from Stony Brook University School of Nursing with her master's degree. Her love and passion has always been providing safe, quality, and compassionate care for all women and families. Lisa deeply believes in the power of the woman's body and its innate ability to give birth. Lisa supports and respects the normal physiological processes of labor and birth using evidence-based practices to enhance best outcomes for mother and infant.Prior to Midwifery, Lisa received her bachelor's degree at University of Phoenix and has been a Registered Nurse since 2000, as well as a certified RNC-OB Nurse and Lactation Counselor since 2014. Lisa worked as a labor and delivery nurse and birthing center nurse at Mount Sinai West.Lisa resides in Long Island with her three children and three dogs! In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending days at the beach, and skiing with her family.

Julia Faidleygrew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania, but has called New York City home for thepast 30 years. She was drawn to the idea of birth as a healthy and a normallife transition and decided to pursue becoming a midwife. During those years,she worked as a labor support doula, raised two children, and spent several yearsas a hospice nurse. Julia has also contributed as an auditor, a member of thequality and compliance team, and a clinical educator. She graduated fromFrontier Nursing University's midwifery program in 2017.

Danielle Wright is a California native and is a Certified Nurse Midwife in the state of New York. She completed her midwifery education at Columbia University where she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2022. She also completed her nursing education at Columbia University where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing in 2020. Prior to pursuing midwifery, Danielle graduated from San Francisco State University in 2016 where she studied Public Health and minored in both Women's Health and Africana Studies. Following graduation, Danielle became a doula where she served the communities at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. This is where her passion for women's health and reproductive justice began. This experience coupled with her education solidifies the importance intersectionality has within the healthcare system. Since learning about the disparities affecting the reproductive health of Black women over a decade ago, she gained an early commitment to and passion for reducing the high rates of maternal complications and mortality affecting communities of color. It is her plan to put this passion into practice and contribute as a change agent for improved health outcomes for all communities. Her goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering birthing space for all birthing people to successfully and confidently become the experts of their health care needs.
