When I was growing up, visits to the doctor sometimes came with a dose of confusion. Providers didn't always make time to explain things. I've spent time abroad on medical missions, as well as for pleasure. My husband and I have two grown sons and several furry creatures at home. I grew up the in mountains of western North Carolina and still visit often. My family and I enjoy camping, boating, water skiing and snow skiing and most outdoor activities...if only mosquitoes weren't part of the outdoors!
