His current interests include ACL reconstruction, multi-ligament knee reconstructions, meniscus and cartilage surgery, knee replacement, shoulder arthroscopy to include rotator cuff surgery and labral repair, shoulder replacement and general orthopedic surgery.After six years of practicing in Philadelphia, Dr. Saing spent two years in South Florida providing orthopedic care to the local community. He recently relocated to the Dallas area with his wife and two sons. Outside of medicine, he enjoys travel, outdoor activities, boating, golf, biking and spending time with his family.
