Dr. Saing earned his undergraduate degree in physiology from the University of California Los Angeles and his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center.Following his residency, Dr. Saing pursued a fellowship at the Atlanta Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center, a premier training site for advanced techniques in cartilage and meniscus surgery. Dr. Saing served as associate team physician during his fellowship for the NFL's Atlanta Falcons and the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers. She completed her Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine Fellowship at Desert Spine and Sports Physicians in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Texas A & M Health Science Center College of Medicine, Bryan and Dallas, TX in 2013. She completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency, where she was Chief Resident at Baylor University Medical Center, Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation, Dallas, TX.Her recent Honors include the Arnold P.
