As an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in treating conditions of the hip and knee, I do my utmost to return patients to an active, pain free lifestyle. I am fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction, specializing in total hip and knee replacements with a large focus on partial knee replacements. My aim is to improve my patients' quality of life with the most minimally invasive way possible. I aim to use a patient's biology first, and many of my patients are helped through things like phyical therapy alone. While I love to operate, I strive to use this as the last option for my patients. This is the tact I would want my family treated with their medical problems. If surgery does become the last option, I try to utilize the least invasive surgical procedure to fix the problem. Optimizing the treatment to best improve my patients' function and pain relief while minimizing the risks and downtime is one of my primary goals.

Dr. Hohman has multiple peer reviewed publications and scientific presentations at both national and international conferences. His clinical interests include optimizing primary total joint replacement procedures and outcomes for his patients. Dr. Hohman has particular interest in the management of pain and the rapid return of function around the time of surgery for his hip/ knee replacement surgeries with the use of specialized techniques, including minimally invasive/ muscle sparing direct anterior total hip arthroplasty (total hip replacement). Dr. Hohman also specializes in the surgical management of complex primary and revision total hip and knee arthroplasty/ adult reconstructive procedures. Dr. Raj Yalamanchili is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with advanced fellowship training in sports medicine, shoulder replacement, and minimally invasive, arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder, hip, and knee. He also offers various conservative treatment options, including cortisone, hyaluronic acid, and PRP injections under ultrasound guidance. Dr. Yalamanchili is a native of Plano, TX, where he graduated from Plano Senior High School in 2007. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2011, before graduating with Distinction in Research from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2015.He then went on to complete his orthopaedic residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA in 2020. Dr. Yalamanchili elected to further his training by completing a fellowship in sports medicine at the Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles, CA. During his fellowship, Dr. Yalamanchili served as assistant team physician for the Los Angeles Rams (NFL), Los Angeles Dodgers (MLB), Los Angeles Sparks (WNBA), and Los Angeles Galaxy (MLS).After fellowship, Dr. Yalamanchili took a position as Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. He also served as Medical Director at SAC Health System, a nonprofit community healthcare clinic in San Bernardino, CA. During his time at Loma Linda University, Dr. Yalamanchili was the head team physician for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes baseball team, a Single-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Dr. Yalamanchili is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS), and he also holds memberships with the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine (AOSSM) and the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA). Dr. Alexander Greenstein is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in orthopaedic trauma. He completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital where he served as the academic Chief Resident. During his residency, he also completed a research fellowship at the Center for Musculoskeletal Research at the University of Rochester. Dr. Greenstein then went on to complete an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at the world-renowned Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Greenstein specializes in minimally invasive orthopaedic trauma surgical techniques, the treatment of complex fractures, and advanced bone reconstructive procedures. Dr. Greenstein strongly believes in taking care of every patient like they're his family. The complexities of musculoskeletal care require an individualized approach, respecting patients' autonomy. By gaining a thorough understanding of his patients' needs and expectations as well as offering a wide range of appropriate options, from conservative measures to the most advanced surgical techniques, he helps patients understand complex problems so that they can make the best decisions for themselves.
