While receiving his Doctorate at Lincoln Memorial University, Dr. Ramsay also earned an MBA from the same school. During medical school, he was initially interested in OB/GYN, but changed course after his Oncology/Hematology clinical rotations. There, he developed a strong desire to work with cancer patients and devote his career to helping them during one of the most stressful events a person can go through. Dr. Ramsay completed his Internal Medicine residency at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Michigan and his fellowship training from Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami. He's grateful every day to take care of cancer patients, calling it a special honor.
