Northwest Medical Plaza at Pinn

It was not a physical visit that upset me so much but the rude comments from a staffer, Jennifer Ludien. I loved my actual PCP, Dr. Pearl Samuel but if her staff is allowed to be rude with anyone, let alone a senior woman, that's it! You don't know how your doctor's office is going to treat you until you have something serious going on. Jennifer told me that if I thought I needed immediate treatment, I should just go sit in an ER somewhere. I wrote to Dr. Samuel but Jennifer called my home! She told me I might have time to write all this stuff but no one has the time to read it. She said I need to learn to be patient like everybody else. I have no confidence now that Dr. Samuel reads my concerns because everything is probably filtered through Ms. Ludien. Her last snotty call took place while my insurance agent was with me right here! He said I could do SO much better at Mercy. I have never been spoken to like this--and I don't intend to take it now. Good-bye, Northwest.

Dr Samuel is smart, patient, caring and thorough. I searched for a Dr I could trust who also cares about prevention and the whole self—mind, body, spirit. Dr Samuel is that doctor.
