I made it abundantly clear to Dr. Price that the only reason for this wellness visit was to qualify for a credit toward my insurance premium, yet my insurance was billed for a wellness visit & also an office visit resulting in a balance due. The explanation I was given was the doctor made a note that we discussed an issue. However, the only mention of this was when the doctor asked about the reason for my only other visit in 2020. There was no new discussion, diagnosis or follow-up with the doctor and absolutely no reason to consider this an office visit. This is why people don't trust the healthcare system and always need to question the billing. I will find a new healthcare provider.

I was referred to Dr Price to obtain an MRI after an ER physician saw a lesion on a ct scan. Dr Price didn’t order blood work nor any other tests. More importantly, he NEVER successfully ordered an MRI. After waiting FOUR months and MULTIPLE calls to his office with no MRI still scheduled, I changed to a DR that takes care of her patients. This man delayed a cancer diagnosis for almost 5 months and also missed some other health issues that my new DR caught. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!!

Highly Recommend Dr. Price
Dr. Price listens well, and always speaks to me with respect. My cardiologist from Mercy told me "your aneurysm is stable....see you in one year", I showed Dr. Price my CT angiogram report, and he said, "It is time for you to see a cardio/thoracic surgeon. I am not saying that it is time for surgery, but it is time to consult a heart surgeon, and he/she will decide then." He referred me to Dr. Stephen Laga, who told me that I had less than 6 months to live, if I did not have repair of my very large ascending aortic aneurysm, which measured 60mm. When your cardiologist says that you should come back in one year, you generally believe him. However, being a hospital RN for 34 years, and reading my own CT angiogram report, I knew this was not good advice from my (then) cardiologist. I feel that Dr. Price's referral saved my life. I then went on to have 2 separate heart surgeries, the 2nd being open heart as soon as the surgeon could get me on his surgery schedule.

Dr. Price is a caring physician with the interests and concerns of his patients a priority in his practice. Through his medical knowledge and caring attitude my condition has improved immensely and to the point that I have fully recovered from my illness. Dr. Price is a wonderful physician and through my 74 years of life, I would rate him well above his peers. He possesses not only medical knowledge, but he has a warm and friendly personality conductive to effectiveness with patients.
