Advanced Surgical Associates

Our experience with this practice was less than horrible and if I could base our experience solely on our interaction with the office manager, it would be a -0. My husband saw Dr. Bodily for a consultation and scheduled surgery 3 months ago. Today, my husband was ready for his surgery and an hour before check in, he received a call saying that his surgery has been cancelled due to Dr. Bodily's wife being in labor. We understand that life happens and exact timing for situations like this are unpredictable, however; there are 20 other General Surgeons on staff at Advanced Surgical Associates who could have taken on this surgery, but unfortunately, these surgeons don't seem to work as a team and are not willing to accommodate their patients. Super unprofessional office manager who will hang up on you instead of figuring out a solution. Find another practice to care for your surgical needs, you will be treated like a number here and not a patient!!
