The one star is a VERY generous gesture towards maybe TWO people that work there. This place is the absolute worst. Customer service is terrible. After navigating a million phone prompts, you will reach someone who states they can not help you and you will be re-routed at least 3 times. Also, they up charge anything you have to by from them by about 10x the retail cost. I received a $300 brace and they billed my insurance for $3,000 and I was responsible for $650 of it. I also got advice from my doctor that, "if it's not hurting, then no I no longer need to be wearing it (said brace), and there isn't much we can do from here" when I then am told by my physical therapist that I should be wearing the brace, and that my doctor SHOULD have requested an X-ray to see how the callus was forming within the fracture. Absolute worst. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
