I waited 2 months for my initial office visit appt, just to wait for over an hour (with at least 15 other patients in the waiting room) before I was seen by an assistant. I was told I must pay the $90 copay, even though colonoscopies do not require a copay through my insurance. The office assistant said they would reimburse me once the insurance paid them. It has been 3 months since my office visit, and I have yet to see the reimbursement. I have never met Dr Canale, so this rating is strictly based on his office procedures and staff. I cannot imagine a Dr allowing such disregard for his patients at intake. I have since sought treatment from a gastroenterologist that has excellent regard for his patients.
