Very unreliable

On 3 separate occasions I scheduled an appointment for a routine wellness exam. And on all 3 occasions I get to the office and was told that Dr. Abdelsalam was not in. No one reached out to tell me this in advance. The receptionist was cold and did not make eye contact. This office is mediocre at best. Finding a new PCP.
