Great staff
I have been going to Internal Medicine for about 10 years now. The Staff are GREAT.They are competent, courteous, and efficient.They are always busy, so if you expect them to drop everything just because you walked in, you will be disappointed, but they aren't on the phone with a friend, they are helping someone else and they get to you quickly.Those who first check your vitals are always friendly and patient.I am old and grumpy (77), but have no complaints with the staff at Internal Medicine.While I wait (I am always early, the wait times are not long) I see some people come in who seem annoyed there aren't trumpeters announcing their arrival!! I feel sorry for the staff when they have to deal with some that feel so 'special' - being kind, some of those people could be in pain, but don't take it out on people who are there to help you.

Six years of being a patient & I was more of a dr.
Started going to see Eve Baldrich over six years. 1st complaint was my heartburn & I was a heavy soda drinker. Eves responses your getting old and body changing here’s some heartburn medicine. Unless I came in and was forcefully about getting something thing done( example colonoscopy) Eve wanted me to wait 2 more years, My response is your checking today and we are scheduling a colonoscopy. Once Eve ran around the office letting everyone know she’s examining my prostate( as I hear her coming back down the hall laughing “ saying o’ I know but he wants it done.”PSA, she didn’t do anything until the 3rd vist.Prescribes meds and then accuses you of not taking them but she only prescribed me half of what the manufacturer recommends per day.Sent a letter in the portal stating I’m switching Dr.s and I’ll find my new Dr. this weekend(written in a Friday in portalFollowing week request my medical records to be transferred to my new Dr..Week after that get notice of a certified letter Eve

Wonderful Practice
I have been coming to Internal Medicine of Dover for 10+ years. I have zero complaints about the offie staff and feel that they do the best they can to get me in when I call. Referrals are easy to get and they offer assistance if I am unsure about a referral. Each and every provider is wonderful in their own way. Eve Baldrich is the absolute best! She listens, is compassionate and makes me feel like I am her only patient. Her knowledge is exceptional!

Poor office staff
Dr. Conti was great, office staff is not. They just don't care. Most of the office staff should not be allowed to interact with customers, especially over the phone. And don't try to speak to your doctor unless you have an appointment, if the office staff will let you make one. Complaints and attempts to resolve conflict will get you booted from the office.

You will surely be left in the cold, in pain, by incompetent doctor who hasn't got the time to spend with you nor respond professionally to your medical needs. Money is the root of all patient neglect.
