Dr. Benson has been my doctor for 4 years. He is a good diagnostician but I am seriously concerned about the practices of his office staff. I went yesterday to get my flu shot at the drive through area. The office manager was directing traffic from the street to the office entrance. His mask, which was dirty and rumpled, repeatedly fell down below his nose. He had to come up to the car window to tell us where to go to get in line to get my shot and I asked him to please pull his mask up. His response was angry and loud -- "Are you kidding me?" Not an appropriate response from a health professional. In addition, the woman who gave me the shot did not have a medical mask, she had a homemade cotton one. I am considering finding a new doctor because I am elderly and need an office where I feel safe health-wise. I don't in this office.

Dr. Benson has been caring for my husband and me for almost 30 years. He has always made sure we received the proper preventive tests and treatments, advised us on diet and lifestyle factors affecting our health and referred us to good specialists when needed. Dr. Benson is also very polite and easy to talk to. On top of all that, he is very caring, understanding and just an all-around nice person.
