Inefficient Office staff
I am having an issue with obtaining the third party charge for the 7 day event heart monitor, so I can calculate my percentage responsibility for coinsurance. This is the only doctors’ office that insists that I should contact my health provider with medical codes they gave me. My insurance provider has conferenced with you on numerous occasions guiding you that it’s your responsibility to provide me with the figure prior to my appointment. Since my first appointment you insist that I don’t have any payment, however, I have received bills and it’s very unfair to deny me the exact figures and grievances have will be filed. Very discontent with Elaine just saying that you do not know what the third party will charged until it’s billed and then I will be responsible. This is not acceptable.
