I called for an appointment for a serious venous condition and they were able to put me into a cancellation so i wouldn't have to wait long. The person on the phone sent me the patient forms to complete and later that day i got an automated confirmation for my appointment. I took off work on the day of my appointment and postponed a wound care appointment so i could make the appointment with Dr Platzer. When I arrived at the center, the woman at the check in window called me up and started looking at her screen with a confused look on her face. She told me that I cancelled my appointment. I informed her that I most certainly did not and she kept telling me that I cancelled the appointment online. I explained that the appointment was made over the phone and i even received a confirmation message. She still insisted that I cancelled it. I did not even go online.. to make matters worse, she did not offer any solutions or offers to make it right.. just publicly scolded me for something i d
