Personnel and staff are courteous and carry themselves well, but that does not mean they competent. They used the same MRI they had given me 4 years ago to give me another lumbar Epidural lower back injection this time. Wrong. Came out worse than before I went in. So at some point they finally decided to do another MRI. At which time they told me that basically my entire spine need needed to be operated on. AND Their Doctor Could Not Do It Because It Was So Bad. There are more instances. So, my neck bones are eat-up with disc problems.. They had given me a prescription earlier that helped the pain a little bit. (which has nothing to do with my terrible neck problem) I was told if it is helping, do not worry about it. REALLY1
