Andrea Maxwell

I had C6 disc replacement. At my fallow up after X-rays Andrea Maxwell reported my bone had not fused and I needed a bone stimulator. I proceeded to request a CT for further diagnosis. After reading the CT that I requested, there was a full bone fusion and no need for bone stimulation for extra growth. I then refused to see her as my PA from them on. My 80 year old mother also went to Andrea Maxwell multiple times for a fractured vertebrae. At her initial visit, having all my mothers CT records annd X-rays from the hospital , Andrea did not know know why my mother was there and had not reviewed any of her information. At that point, Andrea would not provide any medical assistance to help my mother with the extreme pain she was in other than surgical methods. She was very brash and unconcerned, she was more concerned with her time and next patient appointment.

I felt like she thought I was only there to get pain pills. I have a lot of back pain from falling so much.

Andrea was very professional with a great personality and bedside manner which I think is important as you need to feel comfort and get a good diagnosis with a plan of treatment. I recommend her 100%.
