No refund for over payment since October 2023!

Had 4 surgeries, had initial relief of heaviness & cramps, but was left with groin pain that no one could explain. Leg cramps are back with a vengeance as well. Everyone was nice enough. However they admittedly overestimated my portion of the co-pay for each procedure to the tune of over $900.00. I have called multiple times & was told to give them my credit card info so it could be refunded back quicker. The claims were done being processed back in October & we still have not received our refund (end of June 2024 & counting). Further more they will not return my calls & each time I try to contact the billing staff or office manager I am sent to voice mail that is not answered. I would NOT recommend this practice.
