Pioneer Spine & Sports Physicians

I was referred to Pioneer in Lenox on December 6, 2023 for spinal stenosis pain. I never received a call from Pioneer until January, after I had called them myself to make the appointment.I saw a PA in January. He recommended a steroid injection. The office was supposed to call me to schedule it. I never received a call back until MARCH 5TH, a full THREE MONTHS since the initial referral. This practice is a joke. Unfortunately, the joke was on me!

I am amazed by the fact that this business is allowed to run in this manner.You cant get through on the phones the staff answering calls is rude and totally without a helping hand. I have bulging discs in my back. They cant get me in there even though i am a paitiient there for months! When i aske the receptionist for additional help she stated in a sarcastic manner that i can call around to find physical therapy. Wait a second...YOU are my doctors office.Rude uncaring self serving and completly unprofessional.

Dr. Hinnanon is a wonderful man and an amazing physician. He kind, gentle, has a great sense of humor and a fabulous bedside manner.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Scheduled appt 2 months out. Got a letter in the mail ( no phone call, text or email) rescheduling my appt without asking if would work for me. Got a voicemail day before appt confirming it. Go to office on day of appt( after taking day off from work) to be told my appt had been rescheduled to the following Monday. Never got any notifications. Receptionist told me they use a third party company to book appts and sometimes there are issues. Told her next Monday would not work. Tried to schedule me appt for the following month. Walked out in disgust. Absolutely terrible customer service!!
