Courteous staff. My preferences were listened to and were important in plan of action. Very COVID conscious.

Terrible! Run for your life! I mean it! Not did my father have an awful experience with his assistants but the doc didn't explain why he couldn't get the needle all the way to the nerve for a cortisone shot when asked? Went for a second opinion with a professional doc and was told a different diagnosis from MRI and that a cortisone shot should not even been administered for his diagnosis, it would not of helped him period. PCP in greenfield, refer him for convenience n patients don't know better

Had my first visit with Dr. Hynninen and found him professional and very sociable...... friendly, sense of humor and knowledgeable. Gave me a shot in my right shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. So far, so good. Will continue later April for back and knee issues. Hope they can help. They had me go in half an hour before appointment which is needed on initial visit to fill out appropriate paperwork. Did not have to wait long after that.
