I had a procedure scheduled, which was made a month in advance. Just so happened that a week before my appointment, I received a kidney transplant. Few days after my surgery I received a phone call from some idiot in this office who I informed that I just had a kidney transplant 3 days ok. They then said to me “well when do you think you can reschedule”. I kindly informed the person that I did not know as I never had a transplant before but I assume I need some time to recover. Said person huffed at me and said some bull and hung up. I then got another call that I ignored but a message was left basically threatening me about how I need to contact them and reschedule m6 procedure. They then doubled down a sent me a letter saying some bull and how they are no longer responsible for my health. That was unnecessary because there was. I way I was going back anyway after that phone call. Plus the doctor is very abrasive and rude.
