UHS Neurosurgery

I am not affiliated with UHS, and I actually have the majority of my doctors at Lourdes. But I am rethinking that after my recent experience. I was trying to help my mom, who needed to see a doctor ASAP. I took her to the Orthopedic walk in in JC; and considered the ER but an ANGEL intervened ; and got us an appointment here. The Office Manager- Julie Z was amazing. She needs a raise. My mother was seen at her appointment time!!! We then saw 2 providers within 20 minutes of her appointment time. And we were done within 45 minutes of her appointment time with a clear game plan and a follow up. We learned more about her condition and possible outcomes than we have in the last 20 years. I was shocked at how well this office is run, and how kind everyone is. Even the receptionist was sweet. Every provider was kind and took time with my mom. WOW! This is my mom’s new provider for these needs; and I wish they did a general practice here too- because we’d all be going here. Thank you again.
