The individual doctors (and nurses) are great, but you have to put up with a lot of unfriendly patient policies of the practice as a whole. In some instances they ask you to show up 30 minutes before your appointment. If you're lucky, you'll waltz right through (and then wait) but at my last appointment the line for check-in (though we'd all done the 'check-in online' thing) was out the door.Most annoying to me is that the patient portal is 100% a joke. I used to believe them when they said that they'd be enabling messaging 'soon,' but I realize after many years that they have no intention of doing so. If you need to ask your doc a question, you'll need to call, go through several transfers to get the right nurse, leave a message, and wait for the answer to be passed back to you - something simply accomplished in other health care portals with a written message. But this group is not interested in making anything convenient for the patient.I love my doc there so I tough it out.
