I was looking at the past reviews and I completely don't agree. First of all the staff is very friendly and go out of there way to accommodate you. Four of the providers listed dont even work at the practice. The Doctors are Dr Giuffrida, Dr Parameshwaran, Alexis Lewis CNP and Carissa Brochet CNP, and Marlene Kolb CNP. The office is Privately owned and clean and updated. Enwhc manage high risk obstetrics and able to provide routine and complicated robotic surgical procedures. What Is best about this practice is when you call you get the front desk and not a call center. If you have a problem you get right in.

Phone staff were rude, wait times were astronomical ( I waited 2 hours for a routine exam), my insurance was billed twice due to someone making a billing error which was a headache to correct and the staff were rude when I tried to fix this issue with them. the office was dirty and overall not a good place.

My ob-gyn stopped practicing after 40 years. So far I have tried 2 ob-gyn doctors in my searchfor a replacement. The first one I did not like as she was not thorough and spent mostof the visit complaining about male ob-gyns. This second group seems competent but I'm not sure. I don't feel totally convinced about them yet. I left messages on their system but have not gotten a reply, the doctor I saw doesn't work Mondays and nobody offered to connecy me with someone else. I had a UTI and called on a Saturday to get a prescription for antibiotics. They're answering service was rude and I had to pull a "Karen" to get her to leave the on-call doctor a message. The on-call doctor did call me back and got me the script I needed.

ENWHC has rude staff , and an even more rude manager , there are long wait times , insurance is double billed , and office is dirty. You don’t get called back with your lab results , your lucky if you get a call back at all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Absolutely do not even think about going here. The staff are downright appalling , the office is dirty and down right cringe-worthy. There are filled urine cups in the bathroom and during my exam I saw a bloody gauze pad on the floor , I should have jumped up and ran away right then. The doctor was unbelievably rough during the exam … and then it was 3and a half weeks before I got my Pap smear results ..which were abnormal you would have thought they would have called me once they got the results but I’m assuming that patients are just numbers to them .. don’t go here .. don’t even think about it. Save yourself the trauma

After my experience with ENWHC I wish I could give this place 0 stars! The doctors are NEVER on time. They dont read the chart before they come into the exam room. the nurses and front desk staff are MISERABLE. when you call you either wait forever or get hung up on The doctors force you into unnecessary and INVASIVE & PAINFUL procedures just to make a quick buck because the less invasive treatment option for heavy cycles wouldnt make them as much money, so they jump right to the most invasive (and one that will make them the most money) treatment option. Dont trust what they tell you - i beg you get a SECOND OPINION. The office is DORTY , the orient bathroom has urine Cups EVERYWHERE.
