Amanda does not listen to the patient during labor. She has her own biases and appears to have lack of personal experience to have the appropriate empathy to treat women in labor. Her decisions led to a traumatic birth experience for me. My second delivery was so much worse than the first (same practice different midwife) and it was all because of Amanda's inability to respect my wishes. She ignores your concerns with a smile and then tells you why her poor decisions were actually good.
