Now Campbell Clinic
This review is not for the doctor, but for the poor billing by the clinic. Effective August 1, 2022, Tier One in Cookeville, TN is now Campbell Clinic. The office showed being in our BCBSTN network on the date of service. However, I received a bill after insurance was paid. This was due to Campbell Clinic not being in the network. This was confirmed through BCBSTN, which also still showed Tier One being in network.
