Dr. Jestus operated on my back. 01-13-25 in Cookeville TN at Cookeville Regional Hospital. One day a week he comes to Crossville TN.He did an Excellent job.I am healing very nicely. His staff is very nice and so helpful.His NP is Very Nice. He seen me at the hospital daily.Tier One in Cookeville TN will be my go to place from now on. Dr. Jestus is an Exceptional Neurosurgeon. He is a Blessing to have dealt with. Of course, every patient is different and heals different. I myself had a Great Experience with him and am healing very well.I can't Thank him enough. Dr. Jestus is knowledgeable, patient and answers all your questions. He explains everything thoroughly and offers different options for your care. I never feel rushed or unimportant when talking with him.My wife and I have both seen him and will continue to do so when needed.

Not only was I seen an hour late due to a 'scheduling mishap', I saw Joseph for a total of 2 minutes and was told my MRI came back normal though I have a cyst on my lower spine and they did a MRI on my neck instead (makes sense right). I was told I should worry about other things like the 'economy' and 'politics' since my MRI is normal. Dispite my persistence in telling him that I've been in chronic pain for 3 years. My concerns were completely disregarding and I was told to follow up with my primary care provider, who REFERRED ME to him. What sense does that make? I will never go back to this place, and will definitely be getting another opinion. Who knows how many others before me, were dismissed over the years only to suffer. If you care about your health and want to be taken seriously, don't come here and don't see this Dr.

Arrogant, unconcerned and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He criticized another doctor and his comments were unprofessional. He was rude and I would never let him touch me.

Dr. Jestus didn't seem to be in a hurry to seem to be in a hurry and set and talked to me and I felt like he was concerned about my back problems.

This doctor sat down with me, carefully listening to my medical problem. He than offered a path forward through further testing in an effort find a solution. for me. I was quite impressed with his professional demeanor and patience .
