Shannon has been very helpful and thorough.

Very efficient Doctors and with my brother in a wheelchair, there were support people who jumped out to help us into the office and out plus making the important transfer in & out of the patient chair. Don’t recall receiving that type of help at any office in the past. Only suggestion for improvement would be for management to splash a new renovation into building so it is more wheelchair friendly with wider halls and an enlarged audio space. Still extremely satisfied with all the personnel we communicated with today.

Dr Rogers removed a big ball of wax from my left ear so I could hear again. He also did an Epley treatment for my long term positional vertigo which made a big difference in balance.

I’ve reached ‘a certain age’ where it seemed best to check my hearing acuity. I was referred here by my primary care. I had a top-rate experience. Office seemed well run (despite a hiccup where I had to fill out my background questionnaire twice - once on line beforehand and again in the office after being told some answers recorded and some did not). Dr Rodgers was excellent and had great ‘chair side’ manners. Audiologist was great, as was the office professional staff. I definitely can recommend Dallas Ear Institute based on my experience.

Always have a positive visit

the doctor & the audiologist, I saw were both excellent. When I called to get help with parking I did not get much information. A downloadable map of the campus showing the relationship of the parking garage to the buildings would have been so very helpful! I recommend creating one in case future patients request help with the same question.

Very cleaned waiting area with a calm atmosphere. The hospital staff also do their work as professional manner.

Staff always very friendly. Audiologist did nice job. Shannon always very thorough in checking my ears and progress.

Unexpected surgery needed but I received the best care I could have hoped for! Very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and uneasiness before surgery. Would use again if needed but don’t want to!! Highly recommend.

Arrived early, was admitted early. Office is beautiful, staff is professional, and charges are reasonable. These folks know what they are doing and do it well. Thanks to Mary Catherine, who administered the hearing test so competently; Dr. Page, who explained everything so well; and Denise, who was so pleasant at check-out. Highly recommend!

Easy to get to location and office. You pay for parking, but it is cheap. From the front desk, to the audiologist, to position assistance and doctors, I have always felt very welcome and conversation has been easy comfortable. I have never had to sit and wait and I most certainly appreciate that. There is a small little play area right outside the office for children and it seems to be used quite well! Although my appointments are always first thing in the morning, I have never encountered a crowded waiting room. Most people are not wearing masks at this point, but a sign tells you that you certainly may do so. I see people of all ages and ethnicities, which is also a sign of a respected healthcare location. I 100% encourage you to make an appointment. If you feel you have any issues at all what you’re hearing. My personal favorite? Hands-down it’s Dr. Whaling!
