Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown

If you need an urgent care clinic, don't come here, because they will let other patients go ahead of you because they are 'emergencies' and they have 'their priorities'. I was told today that I had a 45 minute to an hour wait, that they receive walk ins and don't give appointments, that there were 2 patients ahead of me. After the second patient went in, someone arrived and was called inside immediately. An hour went by, and a couple arrived. They walked, talked, were breathing normally and did not seem weak or in pain. They went in next, and I ended up fourth. Then I was told that I had a 2.20 pm appointment (what?), which was in 40 minutes, and 2 hours after my arrival. When I asked why they were not calling in order of arrival, they said that those were 'emergencies'. Possible recurring cellulitis in an immunocompromised patient seems an emergency to me. So I left, not going back!
