I'm not sure what the issue was with the first two 1 star posts, but I have had issues with my left knee, and it got to the point I really needed to see a doctor. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the doctor took care of my needs and concerns.

For the second time they tell me I don't have an appointment scheduled. I called in to make the appointment after having a CT scan for them to go over it. They gave me an appointment with the PA because the doctor was too busy for too long for me to see him. Then when I arrive they tell me I don't have an appointment on the books. Ugh! Twice now this has occurred. I'm not a happy camper. Cuz here I sit in the waiting room so they can squeeze me in. Sitting for an hour now.

I will no longer recommend this group to anyone. My Mom is a patient at this facility and she unfortunately fell and broke her wrist. I explained to them the situation and the pain that she was in. They led me to believe that they were going to do what they could to work her in only to tell me when I called back 2 1/2 hours later that they were unable to see her. I then proceeded to take her to Urgent Care to find out the wrist was in fact broken. I called them back assuming since we had already spoken earlier that morning and they couldn’t work her in that they would surely see her tomorrow to help her with her injury. I was told that there were no add on visits available. I asked about this policy and said isn’t that what the add ons were for and that I had been understanding about not being added the same day but couldn’t understand how they could refuse to see her the following day as she WAS one of their patients. I cannot believe how insensitive they were to a patient.
