After a night of excruciating pain Dr. Ford saved me by fitting me in for a procedure. Dr. Ford and his entire office staff—from the front desk to financial to nursing were professional and went above and beyond with their warmth, empathy and care. I would recommend them 1000%.

Very good planning consult and choices offered. I am elderly with chronic diseases, diabetes, ckd, heart murmur, high blood pressure, etc., on many meds. I could trust him to consider all that in my treatment. Dr Ford is also very good at answering any questions. He keeps good check on healing and preventing potential problems.

Look, there's a reason they have a 5 star rating on Google with 1,685 reviews.I am 31 and got all 4 wisdom teeth removed (1 impacted) and incredibly after the surgery I felt next to no pain, not even enough to feel like taking a pain killer. Just nausea which settled down after a few hours. I am on day 2 right now and woke up with no pain at all its crazy.The staff were very friendly, caring, and helpful as well. Dr Guter even called me later that night to check up on me, at like 7pm at night. Incredible.They also do a no-insurance discount and accept Aetna vital savings which helped tremendously with the cost of the operation.If I had to do it all again I would go back to OST without a 2nd thought.THANKS DR GUTER AND TEAM!

As always, staff was courteous and respectful. Mary was great at explaining everything that would happen. Dr. Guter was professional, yet friendly. He did the nerve block expertly and my procedure was done very quickly. He went over the post-procedure X-rays in detail and laid out the plan going forward. Mary then gave me detailed post-procedure care instructions and helped me to the door. I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

The visit was smooth, the energy was safe, it was quick and attentive. It was perfect, the Doctor and nurse were knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for surgery. Everything was explained and no undercurrents of any bias or prejudice were present. I was treated well with compassion and by people who liked what they do. I hope to see them again. This was such a phenomenal experience. I was in so much pain from 2 teeth that needed to be extracted. The surgical staff was able to schedule me in promptly after just a couple days and they provided me with medications in the meantime to help control the pain. The entire staff was professional while also promoting an environment that was very calming and inviting. The procedure was quick with little to no pain afterwards. I also really appreciate that my doctor contacted me a few hours after the procedure to check how I was doing. This practice is one of the most thorough, professional, comforting, and caring ones I have ever been to. I HIGHLY recommend this practice.

The entire experience of having an implant was first-rate. From the first visit where the procedure was fully explained, through the buildup of additional bone in my upper jaw, to the placing of the implant post and temporary crown, both Dr. Guter and his staff treated me in a fully professional manner. Further, the entire procedure was virtually free of pain and discomfort.
