The service I received was outstanding. Top notch!!

I received outstanding service from my first phone call to the office to the dentist chair upon arrival. I was very nervous regarding having a tooth extracted when I arrived. Once I was called to be examine I was continually being comfort with care and compassion by Dr. Gray’s staff. Once D Gray came in and listen to my concerns patiently and explained his procedure I immediately calmed down. This is the type of atmosphere you want to be in when going to the dentist. Everything went well and I left his office feeling great. Thanks Dr. Gray for your care and wonderful staff. I will definitely be using your services in the future when needed.

Dr. Gray pulled a tooth for me and he was great. They have checked on me twice to make sure I had not issues. I would recommend and have to my friends.

Dr. Gray placed 2 implants for me. He is welcoming, respectful, compassionate, and caring. He answered all of my questions, explained every procedure, and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward. The facility is clean, neat, and is full of state of the art equipment. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Gray for any dental work that he is able to perform within his scope of practice.

Dr. James Gray is a true professional! We found Dr. Gray by default and I'm so happy we did! My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed and he took great care of her even with some healing complications days after. I called and Dr. Gray was able to see her right away. I love his mannerism with his patients, family members and his staff. His staff were all very professional as well! Special shoutout to his assistant, Martha! Dr. Gray has gained two new patients. Dr, Gray is gifted with fine surgical skills and a personable disposition. I have had two surgeries by him and far less discomfort than expected, no bruising and no swelling. He treated me with respect, answered questions without condescension, and alleviated my unwarranted anxiety. He is clearly bright and capable, as is his staff. The practice is extraordinarily well run.

Dr. Gray and his team are all awesome!! From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out the door, each and every staff member displayed excellent customer service skills. I got 3 wisdom teeth removed and I can't even tell not even hours later. They were all very gentle and caring no matter what they were doing. Highly recommended!!

What an amazing surgeon !!! We met under unfortunate circumstances but God truly puts folks in your path for a reason .I had developed submandibular infection with cellulitis and went to the ER and Dr Gray was assigned to my case .He did an amazing job because I had very little pain after 3 teeth extracted and a drain placed .I have had lots of dental procedures but this by far has been the best and easiest to recover from .He has a very gentle touch and tells you exactly what to expect!!!!

He explained my procedure very thoroughly so I would understand the entire process. He called to see how I was feeling after my surgery.
