I have been 3 times to this practice over the past six years. The 1st time I was told that I did indeed have arthritis in my knees. Maybe lose some weight. I had just lost 50 lbs. That’s it. 2nd time much the same. Oh you are to young for surgery maybe lose some weight and it won’t hurt so much. Bye. 3rd time same thing except this time I was also told they would probably have to do my hip before my knee. Still too young. No offers of help whatsoever. Bye. I had my GP refer me for physical therapy. I live with the pain. I will never go to them again and when I do seek surgery it will not be with them.

I've been dealing with a chronic issue that became something of an urgent problem. I was referred to NWO for surgery. I didn't hear back and decided to call in more than a week later. I was told they were booked until after the 4th of July, but that I would get a call to schedule time within a day or two. The 4th passed. I called three more times. Nobody ever called me back.
