Run for your life! I had carpal tunnel and thumb joint repair in 2020. It left my hand crippled and unusable but worse than that, it left me me devastating memory loss which I struggle with to this day. When I shared this with the 'Dr' and his nurse on my second to the last visit, they both left the room. I've had no contact since.

Long wait times, Arrogant, non listening Doctor. Betsy his PA is great. When going for second hand 10 days later I reported my first hand was still quite uncomfortable with carpal tunnel symptoms..his reply "well, I did the surgery..I can't do anything more." This was on my way to his table for a second!

Dr. Adkison and his PA Betsy were great! Straight forward, no nonsense, professionals. For the other reviewer with the shoulder problem... Dr. Adkison just specializes in hands these days. While he used to do more general Orthopedic surgery, he stopped probably a decade ago just to focus on hands, which is what he enjoys most. He performed a very complex surgery on my mother's leg ~15 years ago, she really liked him. I'm pretty picky about Dr's, and Dr Adkison exceeded my expecations.

Dr Adkison did a great job on my surgery. However the staff were quite rude. I suffered a terrible amount of pain, much more than I expected. But the dr.'s skill is unquestionable. I just wish the staff were kinder and more caring.

waited months to see Dr for followup on shoulder pain after surgery. Dr brushed me off and sent me to a colleague with a 4 week later appointment. Will never return to this practice. I overlooked the receptionist issues, and the scheduler lying to me two times, in order to see the Dr.
