Pam is very rude & unprofessional. She answered the phone saying 'can I help you' in a tone that seemed frustrated because she had to answer the phone. Her tone was also nasty as she informed me that my issue was not her responsibility. When I politely asked for the information of her office manager...

Quick and efficient. I’m undergoing treatment for allergies and in three years I am almost never bothered by my allergies due to Dr. Fords treatment. I’ve suffered for years and now I can breathe and not feel like I’m a walking sinus infection!!!!

I think Dr. Benfield is now retired but he set the gold standard for me and showed me what it meant to be genuinely cared for by a doctor. Fixed my shoulder right up! I’m sad to see him retire but I know he was the best in the business.
