Dr. Phan doesn't listen and is rude and reprimands you for asking for anything to be checked even if you have major symptoms. You have to haggle her to get a referral. both the doctor and a nurse injured me badly getting blood leaving marks for a month, tearing up my vein like lunatics. place smells...
