Dr Noel is very thorough! He listened to everything I had to say and took into account the activities I do. 10 years ago he manipulated both shoulders. I had a great experience after recovery. No pain!! Now I have arthritis in one shoulder. Got a cortisone shot and will ride those out until I need...
