Worst pulmonary practice by far
It couldn’t be any worse. This is by far the worst medical service any patient would ever have. I apologize for my lengthy review, but I don't want you to have such an awful experience.I have severe asthma and obstruction that need medical attention because I don’t have a quality life. I went to the Deerfield, Leesburg location to run a pulmonary test, and the technician there was unprofessional. She couldn’t convey what she needed. I tried many times to ask questions to understand her better (this is not my first time going through this test). Still, she kept saying, “I am giving you instructions, and you are not giving me the results I want.” With me trying to understand, she said, “Why don’t you understand my instructions? I am here to give you instructions, not to show you how to do it. Well, I didn’t have any energy to argue, so I rescheduled the appointment.I told the doctor about the tech’s attitude, and she smiled. On Monday, 02-24-2025, I had my second appointment to re-run

Horrible
This man shouldn't be a doctor. He is incredibly insensitive. Doesn't explain anything, and doesn't put forth any useful treatment plan. Told patient he thinks they will die of cancer before the lung disease, so who cares. What kind of human does that, much less a physician??

Narcolepsy
After the sleep study we were referred to Dr. Dubey and boy was we disappointed. We learned more about the illness reading online than what this physician had to offer. His treatment was to give us a bunch of pamphlets and told us to read them and if we had any questions let him know. Nothing in the sense of 'understanding your illness and here's how we are going to treat it so that you can have a functional life. His treatment plan was non-existent. Yes, there was medication prescribed which made matters worse depending on what day it was. We are so disappointed, and now we are seeking another physician that can sit us down, help us, and show some level of concern and the way forward based on experience, the condition (Cataplexy #1), and provide some type of management plan.

Meeting Dr. Dubey for the 1st time virtually during COVID is not the most desirable situation but he made it so easy. I had my list ready of issues and he was so good at hearing me out and off we went putting solutions in place. I did a follow up virtually with some results and then my 3rd meeting was in person - woohoo! What a wonderful practice. He and Natasha are so easy to talk to no matter how difficult conversations may be and they are understanding. If only every practice operated in this manner, people wouldn't dread the visits. My very sincere thanks to Natasha and Dr. Dubey. Please, if you think you may need to see a doctor on sleep issues, respiratory, breathing etc - just go see Dr. Dubey

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Dubey....after three years of being misdiagnosed (by several other pulmonologists) as having Asthma and Chronic Rhinitis, Dr. Dubey was able to get to the bottom of my condition. 5 stars is not enough! I'd give him 10!

My husband is a recent patient of Dr. Dubey and has been very happy with the medical care. When my husband became ill I had no problem getting him appointment once I explained the symptoms. Dr. Dubey is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. My husbands chest wheezing and cough was diagnosed and prescribed medicine that has improved my husbands asthma condition.
