All Around Horrible
This is a great office IF YOU NEVER NEED MEDICAL CARE. Dr. Nava is rude, didn't listen to my health concerns, and cut me off from explaining my issues. His two FNP's are not any better. The office staff are also incompetent with medical billing codes and referrals. Not sure how he has stayed in business so long.

The wait times are my only issue with Dr. Nava’s practice. I had to wait for an hour for my blood pressure check. Other than that, Dr. Nava is top notch.

Always switching my appointment with their PA'S,even tho I had been schedule 2-3 months ahead of time.Office Manager terrible and rude. She Treats the staff so rude.Talks about her personal problems to almost every patient that signs in.When calling the office, the hold is over 20 mins. The answer is "I apologize but I'am by myself and I have million things to do" Really? What kind of professionally apologize is that?

Dr. Nava is a caring, skilled doctor. I would never change doctors. I can count on him, but his staff is disorganized and unprofessional. Dr. Nava needs a competent office manager, and some of his staff should be replaced. Referrals he has ordered don't happen without repeated call backs. Medication refills can take up to a week to be approved. Phone calls are often put on hold for a long wait. "Sweetie" and "honey" are terms used by the receptionist and are inappropriate.

Since the very beginning of his medical practice, Dr. Nava has been my Primary Care provider. I have referred many people to him. When I renew my insurance every year if Dr. Nava if the insurance company does not have Dr. Nava listed, then I will change to an insurance company that does list him. His staff and his physician assistant(s) over the years have been overall very good. Waiting times to be seen vary a lot for each visit. It's always worth the wait.

I went to this doctor with a history of severe allergies and sinus infections. He did not try very hard to help me. For instance he would give me a shotgun antibiotic for my sinus infections, instead of a antibiotic specifically the bug that was going around. So it wouldn't kill my infection. I later found a much better doctor who actually helped me. Also one time I was put in a room and ended up waiting literally over two hours for the doctor. I thought they'd forgotten me.
