Dr. Adrienne Serneels, MD

Dr Serneel and her staff are the best medical practice I have encountered since moving to Florida. Although I discovered that her practice was quite a distance away from me (I am in Wesley Chapel) after my first visit I decided to continue to make the drive because it was worth it. I have never had such professional, kind, attentive treatment in my life. When I began seeing Dr Serneel my kidney function was at barely 20 %. As of my last visit it was 63% and I attribute it all to Dr Serneel's focused approach to getting my numbers up. She and her staff will cause you to think that you are their only patient because they are so laser focused on any and all needs you have. I communicated with Victor so often that I began to think he was my brother ! You can not go wrong if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to select them as your primary care physician.

It took me 65 years to find a doctor like Dr. Serneels. She only takes one insurance, so even though other Medicare supplemental insurance might be less expensive I kept mine to stay with her. She has an on site lab which is convenient. She listens to you and addresses every concern and takes all necessary testing required to either find an answer or satisfy your questions. He office staff is also amazing. Wait time is rarely more than a few minutes from check in.

Dr Serneels is a very nice Doctor I recommend her to anyone she is a great Doctor

I love Dr. Serneels. She is very amiable and knows her stuff. I recommend her. Unfortunately, I moved out of state and am very sad I won't be able to see her anymore. One of my favorite doctors.

I had been Dr. Serneels' patient for about a year, and came down with severe muscle pain in my legs and hips, then I developed a fever, headache, and sore throat. I called her office the next morning, asking for a Covid test. Her nurse told me my symptoms were not serious enough for a Covid test in the office (test kits WERE available in the office) so I would have to go to one of the free clinics to get tested. I had to wait two days for the next appointment at the clinic. Luckily, my symptoms receded during that time. I never did talk to Dr. Serneels directly, and I had to beg the nurse for something stronger than aspirin for the pain. Considering that Covid-19 is potentially life-threatening, her dismissive attitude towards my symptoms was completely unacceptable.
