I was admitted to Sharp Grossmont ER April 21 (?) for acute abdominal pains, small bowl blockage. I'm a healthy farily strong 74 year old. Never had this problem or ever experienced such pain. She treated me after convincing other doctors surgery wouldn't be necessary. I owe her a debt of gratitude for her professional skill level & treatment (Possibly saving my life)! Thank you! The attending nurses had to deal with an old "Fart" who was pretty Out of it. A tremendous thanks to them also!!

Dr Nourin is the very best doctor I have found in San Diego. She will take time to diagnose your ailment, will prescribe the best cure for you, and she will follow through until you are better. She cares. I highly recommend!

Went to emergency vomiting and pain in neck radiating into back of head.told Dr Nourin my spinal surgeon indicated one of my vertebra in neck was deteriorating and would need to be fused to the other 2 vertebra that were already fused.She ordered a urine test & she said it came back positive for marijuana and meth amphetamine told me I was just dehydrated & on drugs that's what happens when you abuse yourself.I was released as she saw no damage to my neck.she treated me badly & unprofessional!
