Dr Valeroso is a great compassionate Dr, very professional and friendly. I feel very confident with her. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and she refers me to the Specialist Team at Northwest Community Hospital Arlington Heights. Her assistant Nurse and Practioner Nurse as well as the front desk staff are always helpful and pleasant. I recommend this practice.

Quality Doctor
Dr. Valeroso is a quality, compassionate doctor with a professional, friendly and calm manner. I do feel confident in her opinion/diagnosis and appreciate that she refers to specialists when needed. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful. The only negative is that she is so popular that it can be hard to get in to see her. In the past, a nurse or PA-C has assisted me with good results when Dr. Valeroso wasn't available. I recommend this practice.

Dr. Valeroso is the Best Dr. I have ever had, and I've seen a lot of them!!! She really listens to you and spends the time you need without hurrying you out the door. She is compassionate, understanding, and really seems to care. Besides that, she's personable and funny!! I have recommended her to my family members and I recommend her to you!! ( although, maybe I shouldn't, since she his in high demand, might make it hard for me to get in!! Lol) Thanks Doc for All you do!!

Dr. Valeroso is an amazing physician. She actually listens to you and treats you like a person, rather than a specimen under a microscope. She also does a wonderful job at figuring out what the problem is and coming up with a solution/s very quickly. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had.

I switched doctors because I wasn't very happy with my other. Dr. Valeroso was a terrific choice. I haven't been with her for long but she has made me feel very comfortable and has a fantastic manor. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Valeroso staff are not trustworthy, reliable, and liars. I have a thyroid issue and my numbers are high. Needed to change the strength of my medication. I called the office and they said they would call me back, they never did. When I call back after 3 days, they lied and said they tried to contact me, and there were no calls on my caller ID. It has been a week now and no-one has called me back. This is the 2nd. time I had and issue with her staff lying. I will use Dr. Valeroso again
