Dr. Alaa Addasi, MD

Dr was 1 hour thirty minutes late for appointment and when told he was late, he stated “so”. Went on to blame patient and when questioned about diagnostics claimed were normal when obviously had not reviewed imaging nor chart. Rude and condescending. Never again with him

Called Dr. Addasi's staff and explained the problems I was having and asked if that was in his area of treatment. I was questioning whether or not the numbness I was having could be caused by my veins. They said yes, then he made me feel like an idiot for being there. This was after waiting 2-1/2 hours to see him. First and last visit with him!

Dr. Addasi is a great vascular surgeon. He performed a very successful procedure on my husband and I am thankful we have great doctors like Dr. Addasi to serve our mountain region. My husband's comment, he is an exceptional physician.

He told my mom that she had to have two surgeries, but she had both and he did not fix either leg. He told her he needed to have a special equipment for the second surgery, but did not have it there. He put her through heck for no reason. Then he had the nerve to try and have us schedule another surgery. Fool me once, fool me twice, but WE are not idiots! We deserve to have patient care and surgeons who know what they are doing, NOT HACK JOBS and someone who is a disgrace to the medical field

NEVER go to him! he preformed 2 femoral right artery knowing after the first one he needed a special machine to go through the vein which the hospital does not have and only has access to it every 3 months. For the 2nd one 2 weeks later I asked if he had the machine and was told YES. after the procedure my daughter had to ask him 3 times if he had the machine before he finally told her NO But we would the next time!. Needless to say there will NOT be a 3rd time!Plus he lied to the hospital board

Dr. Addasi is one of the best surgeons in h state. I recently had to have a surgery over an anurism in the main aorta of my heart.. This being the first surgery of its kind in pikeville Dr addasi done a great job.. He did everything by the book. He treated me like family while I was there. He prayed with me before and after the surgery and to me that means a lot.. I recommend Dr addasi to anyone... Daniel Gross
