Dr. Alan Birnbaum, MD

This was the most unprofessional medical visit. He does not deserve the one star. He rarely made any eye contact nor direct conversation. He read the report notes, dictated to his voice recorder and stopped three times to play fantasy golf on his phone. He was insulting to the patient and basically told him that he was faking his symptoms. He sat in the room to insure he got his hours worth of fees, grabbed the file and walked out. In asking him his recommendations, he stated that he did not know. What a waste of our time and an embarrassment to the profession.

Horrible doctor. Does not care about his patients. My second visit I left crying because he would not help me. Not even with advice. Nothing at all. He walked out while I was asking questions because I was so confused as to why he wouldn’t help or do any testing at all. I guess I’m just supposed to keep missing work when I can’t be on my feet because my legs and my arms are so numb.

He made me and my family feel comfortable. He was very respectful when it came to questions I asked and those of my wife.

Very knowledgable in his field. And breaks things down in laymans terms for all to understand.

great doctor very straightforward

Excellent doctor. He is very informative and straight to the point. I always feel more informed on my condition when I leave his office. Always willing to answer questions in a way I can understand. Very straightforward.
