Great Doctor
He’s amazing!! I was worried at first because he looks so young. I’ve been to him about 6 times for my ear issues and my thyroid problem. He convinced me to do my thyroid goiter removal which was much larger than anticipated. I had been procrastinating on removing it. He talks to you in way that you can understand. I like the fact that they schedule you within days unlike most doctors it takes MONTHS to get in. Also, he doesn’t keep you waiting to be seen. He’s very kind too!! I would totally recommend him.

Professional and knowledgeable
Had a problem I was very worried about. Got a quick appointment was seen without almost no wait. The staff is wonderful, friendly and professional and the doctor is top notch. Diagnosed me quickly put me to ease and diagnosed another problem I was suspected having. Would recommend to anyone with an ENT problem.

Dr. Alan Chu is an excellent doctor working with very rude staff members. I left several messages for the doctor/assistant for follow up concerns, including a test he ordered and took over 5 weeks to schedule. The clerk at the office finally called and she hanged up on me after telling me she was the one who had taken the messages and that as long as I got the procedure scheduled that is all that matter. It wasn't her job to decide that when my hearing was as stake. Rude AND inept staff. Please don't go to this location. I am truly sorry Dr. Shu has such rude staff at his 154th practice.

exceptional doctor! I have been suffering allergy and sinusitis for years. I had seen other ENT specialists at Baptist who misdiagnosed me condition. I am now breathing better than ever thanks to Dr. Chu! Dr. Chu is a true blessing and I am grateful to have found him

Had an emergency need for an ENT due to a broken nose. Chose Dr. Chu due to high reviews and location. Was able to obtain an appointment ASAP. The staff was very efficient and my wait time was short. Dr. Chu was amazing in how he thoroughly explained my prognosis and risks. Highly recommend this great doctor and staff.

I recently had a Balloon Sinuplastic performed by Dr. Chu & could not have been in better hands. Not only is his staff professional and courteous, they take the time to explain, before and again on the day of the procedure. Specially his nurse, Betsy, I'm not sure I could have gone through with the procedure. It is a rough first 8 hours, but it all changes, no pain during procedure, just for a few hours after. All good the next day except stuffy nose for a few days.
