Friendly and informative

Dr. Miller is an excellent professional, but the administrative team behind him is of very low quality. Being able to communicate by telephone is really almost impossible, at any time of the day.

Dr. Miller is wonderful, however the office staff is the worst I have encountered all my years. I was prescribed Cialis from Dr. Miller on Aug 27, 2021 during our phone call. He said he put the request through. I was told it takes about 2 days to fill it. I have called the office 4 times since and on Sept 3, 2021 I am now being sent to another voice mail system to leave another message and wait for another call back. So far, I had previously left 2 previous messages on different days that were not returned this week. I was told yesterday at 10 AM the supervisor would call me back shortly. Never received a call. No one over there can even have the courtesy of explaining why I cannot get the pills the doctor prescribed.

I work in the medical field, and have had with hundreds of physicians over the years. When my 16 year old son was having issues, I asked at least 20 physicians whom I trust completely, for a recommendation. Hands down, everyone of them said, Dr Alan Miller, was the best. I am so glad that we chose to go with him. For what was a very delicate issue for a teenage boy, Dr Miller, was professional and empathetic. He took the time to explain what was going on, offered solutions, and answered questions. His bedside manner was excellent. He put my son, as well as myself, completely at ease. The staff was also excellent and very accommodating and efficient. My son has made a full recovery, and is much happier, as a result. I would recommend Dr Alan Miller to anyone. He was everything a doctor should be and truly took the time to handle a very delicate issue with a teenage boy, with grace and dignity. He changed his life, and I will be forever grateful.

He knowingly and willingly allowed my mother roam this Earth with metastatic cancer for over a month before he referred her to an oncologist who at that point could do little to nothing to help her. She was taken far too soon from those who love her. He needs to be held accountable both ethically and morally for placing more vslue upon the dollar over what is in the best interest of his patients. He is not worthy of being addressed as doctor for that in it of itself is an abomination

I have been in the care of Dr. Miller for the past two years and that great day has finally come. This was my last check up for a while. I love this office and I will miss it but happy to be well again.

I have been to many doctors and Dr. Miller is by far the best. You get the best treatment and the staff keeps the place running like clockwork.

Dr. Miller is one in a million. Not only did he explain everything to me he made sure my wife was on board and knew everything that was happening also.

I gave you the 10 since the way I was treated was very good. I am not at all happy with my ongoing kidney stone issues. But those issues are beyond the control of Dr. Miller and his staff. They have made the experience as tolerable as possible and I appreciate it.

I was so happy that Dr. Miller saw me the day after I called. I was in so much pain and had no idea what was wrong with me. Dr. Miller is a great doctor and the staff is awesome also.

In a time when a number of people are traveling in the fast lane, it is refreshing to have a doctor who takes the time to show that he really cares about you. Would give his name to friends. That is also how we found him. Good news travels fast.

Dr. Miller was very patient and took his time in diagnosing me. He wanted to run extra tests that he advised my other doctor omitted and we found something that could have been big unattended. Patience always pays off.
