Dr. Alana Anthony, MD

She was the worst "doctor" I've ever experienced. She was an hour late for my appointment, rude, brief talking to me (no more than 3 minutes), the office staff is HORRIBLE just like Dr. Anthony. They have taken their cues from her. I need them for my heart medicine prescription. I called to ask for a refill and they told me that the doctor was on vacation and I'd have to wait for her to return in one week to get my prescription filled. I told them that I was on my last few pills and couldn't wait that long because I'd be out. They continued to say the same thing, never offering me another doctor or her nurse to write the prescription. They never called me back when I left messages asking them to please return my call. The whole office is garbage, including Dr. Anthony. RUN!!! Never go to them!!

She didn’t assess my lungs, she was rule and didn’t care. The student laughed at me and the front staff because of my health and me trying to stop smoking. I was never treated so badly as I did with this facility and provider. She didn’t even assess my heart or lungs with a stethoscope.

She was 45 minutes late to the appointment. Rushed, i am a heart patient and she could careless about me or my appointment. Saw her in late September and just got my prescription October 6 after I called Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. So make sure your prescription isn’t important because you have to call them constantly to get it. From the front desk to the doctor, nobody cares.

I went to see Dr. Anthony so I could get refills on my daily medications. It's now been two weeks and I still haven't received any of my prescriptions. I have called the clinic a number of times with them telling me that she would send them to the pharmacy and I have also had the pharmacy contact the office. I guess I will have to make another appointment or find another doctor.
