Dr Elko is very thorough, personable, a good communicator, and was not rushed in her time with me. This is very important to me, that she spend the time to listen carefully to my questions and answer them. She was able to do that on this visit, and I appreciate it. I want my Primary Care physician to get to know me and that requires time. Dr. Elko is always willing to engage fully with me, so far, and I hope going into the future, her schedule is not so tight that her time with each patient is severely restricted. I view this as more of a corporate issue than a doctor issue, so it's a BSW policy and procedure concern.

She listened, she questioned, she examined and determined that my hearing was muffled because my Eustachian tubes had not drained after my recent ear infections. She prescribed meds that should help that.
